Relationships with schools and universities

At Eiffage Énergie we have set up partnerships with schools and universities where we are involved on a daily basis through presentations of our business sectors and professional topics, recruitment counselling, participation in forums and site visits.
Eiffage Énergie is committed to communication and exchange via direct contact with candidates for employment, ensuring that they have all the information they need about our company and its many trades and specializations.

Recruitment

Each year, Eiffage Énergie offers around 1,000 job vacancies in France and abroad.
Candidates with CAP/BEP or BTS/DUT qualifications, or with a master's degree (Bac+5), can consult our job offers and join us on one of our 500 sites.
You are a beginner or an experienced professional in the works, technical surveys, costing and maintenance fields of electrical engineering, HVAC and telecoms. Induction

The men and women who join us are all equally important in our eyes - which is why we are so attentive to their needs. Particular care is taken with the welcome they receive on arrival, since this is a key stage in their induction. The "Eiffage Spirit" is fostered through a number of meetings at Group level, enabling new employees to get to know each other better and establish their networks.

Training

In-service training is one of our priorities at Eiffage Énergie, and represents 3% of our payroll.
Our employees' professionalism is widely recognized, and we aim to develop this by providing training which will consolidate and extend their fields of competence and maintain employability by anticipating future business needs.
As a result, around 300,000 hours of training are followed every year.
Eiffage has set up a corporate university to design and develop structuring training for the company's major business sectors, via a range of professional and technical courses.  
A course for business managers has been designed, enabling them to acquire the basic skills needed to improve business management and productivity. All our business managers follow the course, representing 1,000 people to be trained over two years.

Mobility

Internal mobility has become a strategic objective for Eiffage Énergie. Our internal mobility strategies aim to align the company's human resources with its needs, develop employees' talents and skills and enable them to fulfil personal ambitions, in response to collective and individual challenges which are common to all staff.
We prioritize internal job applications by communicating all our vacancies to employees on a quarterly basis. On average, there are over 250 job vacancies per quarter, each one offering an opportunity for career development.
We have established a number of clear and simple principles to promote and encourage mobility.
